Flora and Fauna Woodcrafts Online Store

1. How do I register on the Flora and Fauna Woodcrafts website?  Sign up as a member by clicking the person icon in the top right corner of the website. There is no membership fee!

2. When is the buying window?  You can shop between 6:00 am on Thursday to noon on Monday.  Pickups are on Wednesdays between 10:00 and 11:59 am.

3. How does pickup work?  When you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email with the time you have chosen and address of the pickup location. You can call or text 434-962-0607 when you are close to the pickup location (my house).  I will bring your item(s) to your vehicle.

4. Can larger items be delivered?  I am happy to deliver all items in orders of over $500 to locations in Charlottesville and Albemarle County.  For smaller orders I can deliver for travel reimbursement at the IRS rate of 55 cents per mile.  Call or text 434-962-0607, or send me an email to discuss or request delivery (albertconnette@gmail.com). 

5. I added items to my cart, waited a day or two before placing the order, and some of the items disappeared from my cart. What happened?  Unfortunately, placing items in your cart does not reserve them. The items are only deducted from the website's inventory when you pay for an order. However, if an item you want sells out it will likely be available the following week.
